Gloeocapsa Magma is an airborne bacteria that attaches to your roof. It is an organic growth that needs to eat to survive. It typically begins with black streaks in the shaded areas. When you can see the first black stripe you have already had it for at least two months.It then survives by feeding off of the limestone granules from the shingles. It can get so bad that Moss and Lichen can grow on top of it.

Flat Work
This is what most people think of when the term “pressure washing” comes up. In many cases it is still the most effective cleaning technique. Our equipment uses water with pressures up to 4,000psi to blast away even hard-to-remove grime and build up, leaving surfaces sparkling clean. Typically, we only use this method on hard surfaces, such as driveways, sidewalks and patios, etc..
